How do you withdraw money from your Paypal account to Western union in Kenya? It would be a nice thing to do given that Paypal has no working relationship with the banks. Now how about that?

If you are using Paypal in your country and the network doesn't yet allow your country to do direct withdrawal to a local bank or debit card, I guess you would want to be able to do so without having to withdraw to a US bank or US issued card. Countries like Kenya are on the list of countries that can use Paypal but can't make a direct withdrawal from it.
I have got a solution that works in such a way that it would allow you to withdraw your Paypal funds to Western union and the end result would be green US dollars paid to you in a Kenyan local bank.

Now how about that? If you were able to withdraw from your Paypal account, won't it be useful.

Well here is how you can do it easily:

Things you will need:
- A Paypal account
- A valid form of id
- A liberty reserve account
- An EZ account

Liberty reserve is an online payment service and it allows users to send and receive money online to other users across the world. It is just like Paypal or Alertpay and it is an acceptable payment system.

EZ (Exchange Zone) is simply an e-currency exchange community website that allows users to exchange digital money with or without profit and for now, it is a free online service.
So with and EZ account, you can exchange Paypal funds to Liberty reserve

Steps to transfer your Paypal funds to Western Union
- Just open a Liberty reserve account here
- Go to EZ website and create an account using the same personal details in your Paypal account
- Offer to exchange Paypal for Liberty reserve or accept an offer from a seller for Liberty reserve with Paypal
- If you win the bid, in a few days, the transfer will be made
- With funds in your Liberty reserve, you can then choose to convert it to Western union

Options to Convert your Liberty reserve funds to Western union
You can do this in any two ways:
1. Offer to exchange Liberty reserve for Western Union using the same EZ website
2. Use a Liberty reserve to Western Union exchange to quickly convert your funds to Western Union. I recommend Alertexchanger.com

Safety Tips
Try to do small exchanges one at a time for eg. exchanging $10 to $100 at a time rather than just $5000 at a go. The system may not be security proof and you should also know that Paypal and Alertpay transfers can be reversed but Liberty reserve transfers cannot be reversed.

You mean epay-kenya.com? Ok I just checked and it was offline. I told you guys, best way to get funds out of your Paypal account is to simply send it to someone who will pay you cash and have a third party involved. That's why I recommended a community exchange site like exchangezone.com
